TSA agent was rude and tossed my stuff around. I don't understand why he was so hostile. From gate to baggage takes almost an hour. Very inefficient but they always announce how efficient they are. The airport staff were mean & dismissive. Couldn't even get water past 9:30pm. Any queue from arrival to luggage to car rental is pandemonium rife with disorganization and chaos.
