Horrible experience at Nikola Tesla Airport. The staff are so bigoted. prejudiced and wouldn't believe that I was, in fact, in business class despite being brown. The lounge access was a complete headache with the staff coming to “randomly” make sure that I did in fact belong there. The staff are so inept, they hold you up long enough to make sure you'll miss your luggage, your cab and maybe even your hotel booking.
