Belgrade aiport is slow and crowded. Can't see staff anywhere, must be severely short staffed. The staff when you do find them are helpless, arrogant and impolite. Very dirty and unusable toilets. Unprofessional staff who do not know English. Doesn't have any amenities for passengers and especially for children. At the check-in counter, a man was sitting and literally humiliated me and my family by talking rudely and even spoke ill of my country and countrymen.
