A queue of 30 minutes just to get into the building. Once inside the terminal, you will face the longest check-in queues ever envisioned, a sea of blank faces as though they were refugees escaping from somewhere. Immigration is another calamity of its own. And this is not a "point in time" situation, it has been a constant throughout the years. Bad planning and bad staff.
