The airport is quite bare bones to begin with and the construction just adds the confusion. Believe me, I thought I knew what I was getting into with this place but its sad to see not much has changed since Slobodan Milošević with the racism and the hatred of others even in the young people. Tourists should know what they're getting into and I recommend reading up on this before going.
