Be prepared and come early; huge queues, only few security personnel manning lines and severely understaffed. It's a recipe for disaster. I was lucky I didn't miss my flight. As if things weren't bad enough, surly, sleep deprived staff seem to hold you up at every point for no apparent reason. They interrupt you and even shout at you. Whole place has all the charm of an old cigarette on the sidewalk.
