The staff are unbelievably disorganized and unpleasant. They can't answer basic questions about your flight and they will laugh at you for no reason. They act like a bunch of high school bullies. They are so unprofessional it is ridiculous. They held me back at various points for seemingly no reason and wouldn't tell me why. No respect shown to weary passengers at all. Needs new management and employees ASAP.
