The control booths are too few in number so that when two or more planes land at the same time, the processing time sky rockets with two booths taking care of some 300 passengers. The passport control treat people like dogs barking at us (ironic) in Serbian even if you obviously do not speak the language. No sense of general decency or politeness. They will gossip about you in front of you and make derogatory comments with impunity. I would have expected some compassion because they too have been historically dealing with prejudice, but it seems in their case, they really are simply underbred and ill-mannered to the core.
