Congonhas-São Paulo Airport Abuse Report

I recently had the misfortune of having to fly through Congonhas-São Paulo Airport. The airport is dirty, crowded, and inefficient. The staff are unhelpful and disinterested in helping customers. The food and beverage options are overpriced, and the majority of the restaurants and shops are of poor quality. The lines are long and slow, and the boarding process is chaotic and confusing. The bathrooms are outdated and in disrepair, and the overall atmosphere of the airport is unpleasant. I certainly do not recommend flying through Congonhas-São Paulo Airport if you can avoid it.
