The staff are such jerks. They were constantly rushing me at every stage. From taking out my passport to my ticket, they just keep yelling. I wanted to yell back but I held my tongue. The air-con is finicky and shuts off and on. The customer service are bored and cocky. It all reeks of corruption and lack of consideration for passengers. And this was so crazy, they show open racism while boarding, they prioritize the Indonesians over anyone else.
