Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Abuse Report

This was a personal hell for me. I was yelled at so many times here. I still wouldn't know what to do if I go back now. The security guards and staff are very unprofessional. They jostled me and made faces because I was taking too long to follow their confusing instructions. After this treatment, I was in shock, how can this be acceptable treatment of customers? I did not know that things were going to worse. I wanted to get something to eat and I had no idea where to pay. Again, the staff yelled at me and treated me like they were herding sheep, yelling at me and pushing me around. I am so sad about how mean they were to me, I don't think I can forgive them.
