Denver International Airport (DEN) Abuse Report

This was a very depressing, large, gray expanse of a soulless building. And I worked in a warehouse for 37 years. It is just too big, everything is too far. The airport employees have no sense of work ethic. They just want to clock in and clock out. Nobody cares about the passengers. That's why you'll have to wait ungodly amounts of time because of employee neglect. Denver airport is rife with neglect. Back in my time, workers really wanted to do a good job and help people. Air travel then was so much better because the workers were friendly and nice, not rude, dismissive shirkers looking to pass the buck. Every worker was on their phone and distractedly checking what I assume was their personal “profiles”. A workforce of lazy and irresponsible young'uns is what you get with these unions cushioning their backsides.
