The staff sent us on an ant mill death spiral. We checked in for the flight and were caught in security for close to 3 hours. The staff were dismissive and rude. They seemed like they just wanted to get rid of us. They were also making comments about us. They shuttled us off to the next counter and the next till we missed the flight and the plane took off WITH our luggage. Next time I want someone to completely ruin my plans, I'll be sure to come back.
