Incheon International Airport (ICN) Abuse Report

From the instant I entered, I was inundated with commercialism - it felt like every corner of the airport was attempting to make a sale. Additionally, the scarcity of English speakers made it incredibly difficult to converse and find my way around. The signs were also dreadful, making it hard to locate the correct gate. To make matters worse, the staff were so rude and unhelpful - they appeared more concerned with looking good than with making certain I had a pleasant experience. This was a horrendous experience and I hope they make some big changes at this airport.
