I am so disappointed, furious, shocked and have no word to explain and complaint about the ground handling team members. I had my nine months daughter on board with me. The aircraft took my pram inside the luggage so I had lot of stuff to carry and I politely requested the airport wheel chair assistance to help me over or atleast take me inside the airport vehicle so I don't trip over. Having such a bad slip disc and carrying my daughter along with all the hand luggage didn't made them feel pitied or helpful towards my problem.
Moreover the staff were very rude they were two Asian man and didn't took their name as I really just needed a little help but it seems that if you don't have a wheel chair on your ticket they don't even look at you. I don't know what happened as I was travelling from Mumbai, India and had received the assistance on departure and they assured that heathrow staff will also help me in the airport.
I was traveling first time alone with my nine months old baby and they didn't have courtesy to help me a bit also. They even said that they will loose job and I mentioned that helping passenger makes you loose your job than he is correctly not following passenger helping guidlines.
I am terrified what would have happened if I would have trip over on the floor with my 9 months old baby and luggage than I would definitely have sued you all because nothing matters more than my baby.
But they were adamant and not at all helpful and one should not hire such ruthless staff who doesn't have any affection for their passenger needs and urgency.
It took me more than 35 mins to reach to the baggage belt and I saw his vehicle was completely empty when he took another passenger so it was not like he was unable to help me but he just didn't bother to help me because I was carrying my baby.
This is really a direct partiality towards your passenger and such things are not allowed in Great Britian where everyone belongs equally and everyone treated with respect and diversity. In such a democratic country if someone is not treating you equally you have the full right to speak about it and wait for the consequences.
The Asian man was not too tall who was really rude and was wearing a black jacket and had a mustache and a slight beard and other wheel chair assistance was slight bald and tall.
I am writing this complaint in hope that you would take some action against both fo them and may reimbursed the inconvenience caused to me and my nine months baby. They both need training definately.
I also want you to take action against both the staff, an apology letter from both which is mandatory so they know what's going wrong with their training because in the entire world if you are working and unable to help your people than there is no point of your employees stars or grade.
There was no courtesy against the baby too which I feel so awful, biased and disrespectful.
If they would have also provide an empty wheel chair I would have myself help to push and carry everything but he was too adamant not to to help me at all which is not acceptable.
I will be really waiting for this reply.
