London Heathrow Airport Abuse Report

I was in the baggage checking area during my departure. My colleague was also with me. While the staff over there was checking my baggage and stuffs, he had to go somewhere to confirm the things with other officials. At that time, my colleague went to ask for help regarding the closing time of boarding to another staff and I also went with her. When we came back to the baggage area, the guy was shouting at us telling that you can't go anywhere as he was checking the luggage items and also he told that if
we come back saying that something get lost, he would be in trouble. He should have told that in a kind and polite way. He behaved rudely to us and it wasn't a good thing. He should show some respect towards the passengers.he was very disrespectful through out checking process,I felt he purposely trying to delay our flight and throwing the stuff,we didn't respond anything because we respect his job.
