Dear Manchester Airport,
I'm reporting to you about an incident that took place today at Terminal T3 between 9:15 and 9:40. Namely, the problem arose during a detailed check of my personal belongings after they passed the X-ray. The employee who checked on me was extremely unprofessional, rude and unhelpful, I have never experienced such behavior before on any aerodem. All my personal belongings were in accordance with the guidelines, except that the liquids were not stored in a plastic bag. After I asked the employee a plastic bag to properly pack my liquids, she offered me one and said I couldn't get any more. She also made me put the prescribed drug in the form of hard capsules in a plastic liquid bag, saying she had to go inside, otherwise I couldn't take it.Clearly seeing that everything does not fit into one small bag with the constant rejection of my request for an additional bag, the employee told me that I had to choose between my prescribed medications for my difficult medical condition, which is caused by lupus, chronic gastritis, ulcers, non-specific tachycardia and kidney disease, and my personal belongings that are in accordance with the guidelines for taking on the plane, No negligence exceeded 100 mL. The employee persistently insisted that the airport rule was one small bag per person, and I clearly saw around me that other passengers had more plastic bags, to which the two employees turned and asked her what the problem was, to which she mockingly replied that this was the rule of the airport, and colleagues just looked at her strangely and returned to work. With all this stuff I came to England and every thing was purchased in accordance with the guidelines for entry on the plane, which can be clearly seen on the cameras. I warned my employee countless times that my flight was coming soon, which made me feel like she was deliberately holding me for all of the above and obviously her personal reasons. She tested the same thing several times persistently using a remote testing device instead of the one at my fingertips previously used by her colleague, so I'm aware that the device is in operation. For reasons unknown to me, the employee mockingly sneered at me with inappropriate comments. I would also like to mention that a colleague from Croatia came at the same time as Me at security check and arrived on the flight unlike me. I really don't understand this behavior of the employee or what it was caused. Due to this difficult state of health, I find it difficult to tolerate any kind of stress and travel. The employee caused me enormous stress and panic, which can be clearly seen on the cameras from gate number 49.From this situation came a series of problems and complications that greatly affected my health. Starting from booking a new plane ticket only the next day from a completely different city that needs to be reached later, travels that I have a very hard time with, to new unplanned financial expenses, and I am usually a student. I hope that you will take a good look at this case and that together we will find some solution to all new problems.
Best regards,
Mia Levatic
