Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) Abuse Report

This was a terrible experience. I'm at a loss for words. The customer service don't speak any English, at all, nothing at all. They will not be able to help you unless you use Google and translate what you're saying. It's like a nightmare. Everything, even lighters are confiscated by the security personnel. I think it would be wise to hide your money when you go in the scanners. Everyone from border control, customs and airport employees were unfriendly, pushy and unprofessional. They were rushing me through the check like I was on fire. I am disappointed by the lack of trust.
