The service here is abysmal. You might think booking first class will save you some heartache but trust me, it won't. It'll just be another thing the staff ignores while they continue “running” this zoo. The caterwauling announcements overlap, one on top of another, till you can't make out anything, not even your own thoughts. This female staff member was very shrill and moody, she was very short with me for no reason. I don't mind if people have “health problems” just don't take it out on tired passengers.
