Toronto Pearson International Airport Abuse Report

I don't know why this place is so dirty. The tiny terminals are covered in hand prints and fingerprints all over the walls and pillars. Even the carpets are filthy. Overdue for a good deep cleaning. The airport is run like a joke. The covid guidelines are old and like navigating a maze. What a sh*t show. They are understaffed. The lines are so long they make you dizzy. The worst customs experience I have ever had – an example of terrible planning.
