Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) Sirirat k and paniwee m Abuse Report

In 10th Nov I have returning flight from suvarnabhumi Bangkok airport to Singapore with scoot. My flight was 9.55am in the morning and I reached airport at 9am. I told her that we were lost and looking for scoot counter, which then she replied that “she has been sitting there since morning waiting for us” with high tone

Me and my daughter went straight to scoot counter and asked for advise upon reaching. The scoot cso called “sisirat k” instead of assisting me, she start raising her voice and scolding me then she ask me to go to another counter and the name of the second cso is “paniwee m”. Not giving me any advise they both start scolding me again then ask me to book new ticket which sound ridiculous. Not having empathy at all they both just ignore me and treat me transparent wondering what to do next as there were 5 of us including my infant, my husband, my helper, my daughter and me.

Then my husband come in and we decided to pay for next flight. Then sirirat told me that she doesn’t want to serve us and pointing her finger on my face which then I proceed taking their picture. Paniwee at the other hand just stoning not doing anything when we asked abt next flight.

Sisirat then proceed by calling I’m not sure who and she told me to watch out. I felt threaten in foreign country, hence I took my phone and start calling scoot customer service.

When my husband come in to have discussion with them, they seducing my husband and giving me smiling smirkily to me.

I wonder if they are paid to treat passenger that way? I was so lost to which incident caused my family harmony, from that incident too me and my husband having fight and might proceed to divorce
