On platform F counter 8 and 9 flight from Bangkok to Kunming, a female staff “worked” with the local guide to cut cue for the customer of the local guide, just because we don’t know Thai doesn’t mean you can cut cue on us, and afterward she told us it was our fault for queuing the wrong place where we already queued right in front of the counter, we were forced to queue at the end of the line, it was purely a bully of non thai speaker and bribery of the staff for the ease of the tour guide customer.
