Passport Control out of control.
Not british black passport work in electronic system
Only 2 man passport control stations up.
Slow. People missing flights or delayed due to no queue management system. No understanding. Too many on ground staff giving different instructions. No clear explaination why so much wait time.

People came 3- 4 hours and still delayed or missed flight. This is been happening all week there should by now know they need more people on passport control.

Making people run to gates again is a health and safety risk.

Calling flight numbers and then letting other people go.

Its basic common sense to staff up when you already know its causing delays.

French govenrment must be rich if they willing to pay out compensation for missed flights etc instead of getting the staff in and working more efficiently.
