This was today, September 26th, 2026 at 10:15 local time at Gate B. Went to the N1 line with my priority Jet Blue Mint ticket and asked the agent at the entrance of the line if this is priority first class line. She sent me to the regular line. I explained that I had paid for priority and it says so on my ticket and she pointed me again to the regular line. I explained to the lady at the regular customs that I had priority and she told me that N1 wasn’t priority. I do not know if it’s poor training, discrimination or just incompetence.
Please train the representatives dealing with travelers from all parts of the world to know their job better. We pay a lot of money for these upgraded seats, with express security being one of the benefits. They should not be able to pick and choose who receives that benefit. After googling N1 online and if it’s indeed priority, there have been numerous complaints by Jet Blue Mint customers being denied entry. They do not get to pick and choose who can enter, their qualification is clearly listed on the ticket.
