Hi,
I am making this complaint against the human violence which I witnessed yesterday. I was at my gate B28, when all the passengers were stopped and manually checked (although, checking was already done). Passengers were asked to take their shoes off, and their entire bodies were searched with a metal detector. A few of the staff were rude and forcing/controlling passengers. I know Middle-East is famous for brutality against human rights, however, being a British, I won't accept any rude behaviour. I will be signing a petition against the irregular checks (which take place again and again), will spread negative word of mouth, and boycott UAE. This is a clear human violation and should stop (especially, when the passengers have already been examined at two different occasions). I will also contact the UAE administration for the rudeness I witnessed yesterday.
Dr. Shahzeb, sorry to hear about the bad experience you had at Dubai International Airport (DXB). Especially the rudeness. This complaint has been forwarded to Dubai Airports Company which runs DXB.
