I have a sleep n fly booked in dubai airport gate D terminal 1 . Me and my family tried to go in with out online boarding passes but the agents at the doors stopped us and started to shout at us to go outside. They would not help or listen to our problem . Just kept shouting go outside and waited for 5 hours when the klm desk opens . Absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful behaviour from dubai airport staff .
