The GX Team Leader Zeron was present at arrival. There was a female passenger (a person of determination) who was using a walker to walk and struggling. She was on the same flight as me. I saw the team leader anf requested him to help the lady. He simply refused any help saying that wheelchairs is not his department. His argument was that the lady should have taken a wheelchair from the airline. He said that she had made a mistake and it is not his responsibility to help us. I requested that he make a call to the concerned department but he refused that as well. He was rude and uncooperative.
Absolutely terrible experience. I know it's a cliche but this would not have happened in let's say the US. DXB Airport needs to improve, and a lot.
