I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received from one of your immigration officers at Dubai Airport. The officer in question intentionally delayed processing my entry procedure, despite knowing that I was in a hurry to see my sick mother who was waiting outside the airport. This delay caused me a lot of stress and anxiety and was completely unacceptable.
Additionally, the officer started lecturing me about respecting the country rules, accusing me of trying to bypass line queue barriers. However, I was the first one on the line, and no one was ahead of me. This delay was unnecessary and caused me to miss valuable time with my mother, who was waiting for me outside the airport.
I have visited Dubai many times before, and I have always had a positive experience at your airport. However, this time, I was extremely disappointed by the unfriendly behavior of the officer in question. His attitude towards me was disrespectful and unprofessional, especially given the circumstances.
I hope that you take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that other travelers do not have to experience similar treatment. I request that you investigate this incident thoroughly and take corrective measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
