Dubai International Airport Abuse Report

I have booked wheelchair assist at all airports for my travels. At Dubai there was no wheelchair assistance. I and several other travellers had to walk long distances before we got carted off to our departure gates. This was extremely painful and very stressful. The airport staff was rude and unhelpful. The airport looks like a 5th world country airport. I still don't know what the point is for staff to take your boarding pass and keep it in a pile with others. Some passengers missed their flights because their boarding passes was lost by staff. Definitely not an enjoyable or stress free experience. It was so stressful, I thought I was going to have another stroke. In future I will make sure that I do not travel via Dubai.
