Dubai International Airport Abuse Report

Respected Sir/Madam
When my father tried to reclaim vat in cash for our jewelry we purchased(refund is around 800 dirhams)..the official( male staff) refused to pay in neither in dollars nor in dirham..he was keen on paying us in inr rs 15100,but on our request that we need to buy stuff in airport duty free,he paid us in dollars about 220 dollars,but 220 usd equals around 18000 inr is the official trying to cheat us..what would have happened if we havent requested in usd..i didnt expect this from the so called busiest airport staff
