Hello Sir,
I am writing to inform you about harrasment done by CB sunglasses duty free dubai airport terminal 3, today that is 9th may at around 9.30 pm when i was travelling with my family of 12 members via emirates flight no EK 524 dxb-Hyd.
I was shopping for glasses at CB store and i selected 2 glasses , while making payment i honestly forgot that i was holding 2 watches as u haf givem 1 watch to my cousin who was with me to hold as i was selecting watches, as i made laymwnt for 1 watch, the payment didnot go through although i got the message from my bank that payment was deducted, anyways the exective there processing the payment cut my card stating it has been reported stolen by bank, while all this happening i was getting calls from my family to come to gaye B11, as it was already 9 15 pm and flight was scheduled for 10 pm. In all this happening around to catch the flight me and my cousin left the store not realising that we had that one pair of glass with us which we selected by forgot to present for payment.
While we were making our way towards gate B11, shop exective stopped us with police, who took us to qeustion about same. realising my mistake i immediately made offer to make payment , but CB sunglasses instead on understanding the circumstances in whoch this happened , refused to take the paymwnt from me but afyer much pursuance and pleading i was aloowed to make payment and subsequently they let me reach me boarding gate.
This whole sage has caused me and my family so much distress, we are humans and twnd to make mistake, but it doesnt mean that u use such instancea to harass and blacmail people. I found the behavior of CB sunglasses very unprofessional and unbecoming on dubai touriam standards.
Kindly look into the matter i will be more than happy to present all the documents and neccesart facts, also CCTV from cB sunglasses can also be reviewed along with camera at gaye b11 and offiers at B11 supervising the boarding.
