My sim was accompanying my elderly mother. The gate for the flight to Brazil is one of the farthest ones. My mother requested a ride in the airport car and my son was stopped from getting in the car with my 75 years old mother who doesn’t speak Arabic or English. This was an abuse , a complete disrespect and disregard with my mother and with my son. What I know is that the gentleman was Indian by his accent.
