The process took an excessive hour due to a malfunctioning ID scanner, followed by a rude encounter with a staff member who blamed me for the technology's failure. Furthermore, there was a severe lack of employees in the immigration awaiting area, leading to a frustrating wait of at least 30 hours.

I urge you to address these issues promptly by resolving technical malfunctions, improving staff behavior, and increasing employee presence in the waiting area. Such improvements are crucial for maintaining the reputation and efficiency of Dubai Airport.
