While I would not term it as abuse but poor arrangements. The flight was delayed and we had to wait for longer duration..l there was not enough seats in boarding area but officials had cordoned off an area for first class, business class and gold member eventhough many seats were empty. Unfortunately we had to stand for more than half hour. This is really poor management from an airport that boasts itself to be topclass. I don't think staffs are trained on empathy but trained only on treating people as per class. This is really poor.
