The first incident was when I reach to airport the hospitality was too good the I move forward to collect my luggage at convert belt I found my one bag then I wait for 1 hour I was unable to find another bag it was skyblue color and company name VIP then I went for compliant their they have taken all the detail of mine after a while the officer gone for round up and then asked me to look once again I was shocked the place I was standing for 1 hour their somebody has kept the bag
The second incident after taking luggage I moved forward to exit the officer has find something irrelevant in trolly ( which was lost ) . she was continue asking what is inside the trolly I beg then I have kept nothing they asked me then we have to break your trolly I told them no problem because I was aware about Dubai hospitality after brokering trolly then found just a piece of a plastic nothing else then the officer just told me sorry nothing else I was very disappointed although I was getting late that why I was unable to take any other action
due to all these incident I was 5 hrs late I suppose to reach Ajman because my booking was their but due to broken trolly and time problem I was stuck in bur Dubai only I had to face losses of 467 aed
My request was just to airport authority to give good hospitality after not finding me gulity they must provide another suitcase
