London Heathrow Airport Abuse Report

it is 2 hours since i landed and still one the Q.I am not well with high temperature and about to faint. I notified the officer he never cared and said he cant do anything. Is this the way people are treated? We have infant old ppl exceptions but they simply dont care.Officers are lazy talking to each other and not doing thier job they have options to take break in the middle not us:( This place is photo restricted else i could sent pictures of the situation where there is no mercy! There is no alternate ways to handle more ppl. Grow up LHR!!!
