There were large numbers of border control on duty to help UK and European citizens. The rest of us were left for three hours without water, without chairs, to stand and wait for border control. It was unwelcoming, physically abusive and simply unacceptable. Shame on you. No hospitality to tourists or people who work here on resident permits. Racist ABUSE!
