There were 0 desks working at the All passports control and at some point the border officers did let only the group of seasonal workers which was huge to go through, and regular people that live and work in this country were left neglected and the very stressful wait of bout an hour got even longer , outrageous, the stuff was rude

Hey Khursheda, sorry about this terrible experience. The systematic discrimination of passengers at Heathrow is disgusting. The fast lane for everyone with a good passport (EU, US, etc) and the under-staffed slow lane where hours of wait is normal for everyone else. Utterly disgusting. But with extremists like Suella Braverman and weak in the spine Rishi running the gov (these people are casteist and racist, it's obvious) we can't expect better treatment sadly.
