London Heathrow Airport Abuse Report

I had my bag searched st terminal 3. A small 10ml bottle of eye drops seemed to be the problem. During the search the female officer rummaged through my toiletries bad and handled my toothbrush. I complained to her about this . She was dismissive. Denying she touched it. She asked if I wanted a supervisor. I said yes . She finished the search and wandered off . She did not call a supervisor. I went and found a supervisor myself. I explained why I was upset. He seemed quite understanding. He was with a junior female colleague. When he left the junior female stated loudly , seeming to show off in front of her colleagues “ everyone says you’re a very rude man “. This arrogant behaviour by security staff is entirely unacceptable. I have travelled extensively throughout Asia , Australia , and Europe and I have never had such a horrible experience
