The lady on check in, very poor skills, lack of manners and said I have an attitude as I had overweight luggage which I was happy to pay for and did. When I returned back to her to continue check in procedure, she told me you need to empty some of you bag. I told her you could have informed me in advance so I go to the designated area rather than open my personal stuff infront of other people. She raised her voice and called me I have an attitude. Whilst my country doesn't tolerate against its staff, I also as a British citizen and above all as a human don't tolerate disrespect.
