Appalling staff member, lost my passport I want cctv footage please this lady was rude and unprofessional she wasn't helpful, after she miss placed my passport she put the blame on me I have missed out on my £25,000 holiday jue to her negligence I want this matter delt with I was told this happens quite often within this airport ,I will seek legal representation as the blame is on a member of your staff intirely
