London Heathrow Airport (LHR) Abuse Report

I have been to many airports including so-called developed and developing worlds included
Heathrow terminal 3 is the worst airport I have come across so far.

1 Rude arrogant staff at arrivals
I was traveling with My mother in law and I don't see any reason why the individuals who patrol the arrivals gate should interfere with our conversation. I was signaling my mother in law to join the correct queue when one person [ likely of Indian origin] said I can signal to her to come over ?!?? maybe he thought I was a student and he could get away with anything, but I will not have any of this - It is certainly a first for me after 10 years of traveling to various airports around the world that I can't speak/signal to my fellow passenger to join the correct queue. When pointed out this individual was rude and arrogant [ although his supervisor was apologetic] - An absolute idiot who does not deserve to be in a airport. The security personnel [ of white ethnicity] who came over was even more of a moron, I had to put him in his place too - My be he thought being white qualified him to lecture to other ethnicities like colonial times, rather than do his job and provide a service to the customer. The only sane guy was the supervisor.

Who employs these Useless morons, using our tax money - @heathrow please employ people who know how to speak to customers, if you can't do anything else. I am sure many other individuals can do a better job than these morons

2 Horrible baggage handling
After 11 hour flight, which landed spot on time, we had to spend 2h 30 mounted to reclaim the baggage !!
The best part is when we left there were still people waiting for the luggage

There were no baggage trollies!!
When I asked a person [ who was proudly wearing an Hethrow lanyard ] where I find luggage trollies, he very proudly said " look around".

Why do the taxpayers have to fund this moron [with his lanyard] to direct others to " look around" . Is it not his job to identify deficiencies and rectify them ? I mean why pay these morons to be space-occupying lesions" without any use to travelers?

@Haethrow- Absolutely disgusting service

You are worse than a rural airport with a single runway in a poor developing country . Far worse infrastructure , service provision and above all attitude of your ground staff

You should be ashamed, that is of course if you have any shame ...

If you don't have money to improve the infrastructure, at least employ service-oriented people who know how to speak to customers
