London Heathrow Airport — Billy Abuse Report

This is such a horrible international Airport. I travel frequently and this time I really had a bitter taste to my mouth. My flight landed late at the terminal and literally the whole airport is closed like a private airport. I decided to stand at the waiting area for 5 mins to decide which hotel to stay at with my wife and 2 children under 5 years. some lady (looked in 50s or older, Caucasian, grey hair and heavy) who works at the airport started to force us to leave while I was on a phone call. Then called a security guy named Billy to escort us to immigration or show us to immigration because we "didnt know what we wanted to do". This happened at 10:30 ish on March 3rd 2023. Billy knows her, he wanted us to leave asap too on her request. This is blackmailing behavior and honestly I never expected an international airport to be like this, from its staff to the airport. Making it completely inconvinent to anyone having a late layover. I will never find a flight with a layover here ever again and will not recommend anyone to do so as well.
