My daughter who is twelve fainted at security. They brought her water and something sweet. We looked at whether we needed a medic. She recovered.
We made our way to the gate to get home to Switzerland where we live B47. I spoke to the lady politely explaining my daughter had fainted and are they boarding kids first as they often do with Swiss. I was also with my younger son but alone as my husband was in Switzerland.
The lady’s answer was very aggressive and non empathetic back shouting at me well is she cleared to fly. The was a) no attempt to understand the situation. B) no empathy or concern for a child who just fainted. C) that was it nothing. As a stressed mum flying alone with my children trying to get home. I boarded the flight and at least on Swiss the air stewardess was grateful I told her, was keeping an eye and to let her know if I needed and help.
The lady at boardings personal skills were awful. There was no concern or attempt to support a child. I took a picture of the lady so you can identify her. I would be happy to send to you.
I would like a follow up please. Thanks Chantelle
