I was passing security with my toddler in my arms after being told that I could carry him. We bipped and have been asked to both remove our shoes. My toddler was wearing trainers with socks and I was only wearing Birkenstock. I responded that it was fine as long as I was provided with little plastic bag to prevent any skin infection from where people walk with their shoes. I have then been told that they could not provide them so I said that I would prefer not walk bare foot on the floor. I suffer from eczema and I am subject to a lot of infection on my feet and legs, I have to sterilise my Birkenstock ever month for example to try to leave a normal life. The head of the staff came and told me that Eczema was not an enough good reason and threten me to do a full body search and luggage search if I did not want to cooperate. When I asked if he was aware this was very dirty procedure, he did not care. I am appauled by what happened to me in a post covid world and I am pretty I will have to rush to a pharmacy/doctor during my holidays to treat my skin because of what happened. Grateful for your interpretation and how to resolve this traumatic event. Best wishes
