London Heathrow Airport (LHR) Abuse Report

I am complaining a company on this against my disability.
The complaint against the company is about the assistance. Here it is. When I was going to the airport, I was checking in and then after I checked in, THAT MAN took me just to the gates and then my friend who works at security; because got autism and rather than fast track, she took me through the busiest aisle in security. I got autism and sometimes don't like to go near people and I get scared. Later she told me to go yo the lounge and when I phoned assistance, she was gonna take me to the galleries lounge. Nobody assisted me and later, I was left alone and forced to go to duty free in front of 1000s of people. I was scared and I was terrified as well. All they give me was a sunflower lanyard and that can't help with thousands of people. If only those people would assist me. On the phone call, we were instructed to go to the Galleries lounge like my friend told me, and then just because of my autism, they (British Airways) rejected me and forced in front of thousand of people to walk in distress. That lady told me to go to the lounge (or if assisted). I had to go to the assistance desks, 300m away from the plaza premium lounge. I told the lady that I needed to take the airside car to the B terminal but she didn't offer me this. Later, she confirmed it and then walked to the plaza premium lounge in distress infront of 1000s of people. We sat in the lounge. After that (after an hour), the lady came and assisted me. Rather than going by bus, she forced me by lift, train and lift (LTL) to the gates. At first she took me to the lift infront of hundreds of people and then reached the lift. Later, the lift was crowded. We waited ages until again it was crowded. She forced me into the lift in front if 39 people and then on the train. She forced me into the train with hundreds of people. We reached the B gates in 30 seconds and then in the lift. At first round busy and then at second round people came in the lift. I was nearly about to commit suicide thanks to the people crowding into the lift and the train. I was so phobic until I reached the gates, when I reached the gates, she took me in the lift and then to the plane door. She dropped me and then I was phobic and upset. I am autistic and I was disappointed because of people. I should have had privacy. I should've got priority to use the lift before anyone else and yet people crowded up. They should take me to the Windsor suite and arranged a VIP car to the gates in private no stress. For autistic people and with the sunflower lanyard, they should sit at the Windsor suite, not dumped after security with thousands of people. I think they did a horrible job assisting me carelessly. They should be sued.!!

The date was 1/8/23 when it happened
