I was not allowed boarding into the flight. We were told that gates have closed but a person with an entry time more than mine was allowed to get it. Moreover, no one in the airport knows what to do or who is responsible. No one wants to take the onus to solve the issue. Neither the airport personnel nor the jet people. So if no one is ready to solve this issue then what should be done?
