Charles de Gaulle International Airport Abuse Report

I am Elena Bystrova and have a complaint about supervisor of custom department at terminal 2 B-D. My carry-on luggage was sent to a second check and a lady took my screwdriver and said that it is prohibited. I replied that this item is not prohibited , I already was checked before. Than she called to supervisor and superior,also a woman, from the distance said this is a tool!
And this tool is prohibited! I insisted on opposite opinion based on my experience with already two customs checking.
First in Ottawa airport,where second table for checking has a measurement scale and my screwdriver was measured before I was told that my tool is OK, it is less than 7 inches without even assembled on the end!
Please,make an action? Make sure you hire very professional and knowledgable employee on a very responsible position!
Each employee should memories TSA rules! And obe them! Your employee took my item illegally! In my opinion ,not only supervisor showed incompetence but also it is a weak side of Seniors Management team.
I would fly again with Air France if I get a voucher for this unhappy incident.
