I was berated by the customs agent during my de-tax process. He was an older man, Grey hair, mustache, beard, glasses, probably around 70 years old. One out of my 7 de-tax tickets was refused, so I went to see this customs agent, and he was very angry that I didn't have my items on my hands at that moment, even though my luggage was just across the aisle. Even though I explained that to him he got even advertorial and yelled at me for not following the rules. He also threatened to fine me at least 6 times. His instructive were not clear, and he was incredibly rude, and condescending. I went to get my items, which were in separate bags, and I brought them back, and he could tell that he had answered me (that really seemed to be the main purpose of his interacting with me), and then he yelled at me again, "why aren't you happy? I'm doing my job! Ask the rules the silly the same to everyone! You have to read it! You have to read it!" (Pointing at the fine print on my de-tax form). Then he told me I was lucky he didn't fine me for not having had my items in my hands when I first brought them to me. And then, after I had gone to ask the trouble of getting the items, which he was supposed to check, he didn't even check the items, so even though he repeatedly yelled at us that he was doing his job, he did not, in the end, do his actual job. This employee dies not belong in a public service position. Please place him in a basement somewhere where he can't abuse customers.
