In 25/04/2025 I arrived at this airport and was approached by a customs agent that refused to give me her name or ID number, and wanted to check my trolley bag. She is short and with very short hair, with a man´s haircut. I give her the trolley bag. After finishing the inspection, she damaged the zipper and the bag is now useless as it does not open or closes properly. I could not open the bag when arriving home and had to break it open, destroying it. They refused to refund me at the spot. I left a complaint in some book they gave and made complaints via email too. After more than 2 months, they say they won't refund me because I was the one that broke the bag and that I am trying to trick them. Would appreciate any email or way where I can contact any authority that helps me get a 40EUR refund.
